Submit your bundle request online, and our team will call you to confirm your order details, guest count, and date. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a secure Clover invoice — payment is due no later than 24 hours before your order is needed.
We recommend submitting your request at least 3 days in advance to guarantee availability, especially for larger bundles. Regardless of when you submit, your Clover invoice must be paid at least 24 hours before your pickup time — we cannot guarantee your order will be ready without payment confirmed by that deadline.
Pickup only. We do not offer delivery. Your order will be ready for pickup at our Chula Vista location — we’ll confirm your pickup time when we call to finalize your order.
No. We provide the food only — no plates, napkins, or utensils.
No. We do not offer on-site setup or service. Our catering is food-only, pickup-only — you’re responsible for transporting, setting up, and serving the food at your event.
Absolutely. Our bundles are a great starting point but nothing is set in stone. You can swap proteins, add extra sides, or adjust quantities — just let us know when we call to confirm, or mention it in your request.
No problem — bundles for 20, 50, and 100 are starting points. If your headcount falls in between, or you need more than 100 guests, just submit your request and we’ll build the right bundle and pricing for you during your confirmation call.
Since payment is due via Clover invoice 24 hours before your order, cancellations made before the invoice is paid carry no charge. Once your invoice is paid, cancellations within 24 hours of your order may be subject to a partial charge to cover food and prep costs. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change.
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure Clover invoice sent directly to you after your order is confirmed by phone. We never charge your card without first confirming the full details of your order with you.
